1. Scope
This policy applies to information collected through the WWJ Global Logistics website, including freight inquiries, contact requests, uploaded shipment files, quotation-status lookups and website analytics.
The contracting entity and any additional destination agent involved in a shipment will be identified in the formal quotation, booking document or service agreement.
2. Information we collect
- Contact information such as name, company, email address and WhatsApp number.
- Shipment information such as origin, destination, cargo description, weight, dimensions, packing list, product photo, route preference and customs scope.
- Technical and attribution data such as landing page, referrer, device category, browser language and UTM campaign parameters.
- Operational records created while reviewing, quoting and handling a shipment.
3. How information is used
- Review cargo and route suitability.
- Create an inquiry record, assign a responsible freight desk and prepare a quotation.
- Request missing documents and communicate shipment or quotation status.
- Prevent abuse, maintain security, analyse marketing attribution and improve website performance.
- Meet customs, carrier, sanctions, export-control, tax, accounting and legal obligations where applicable.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with WWJ personnel, warehouses, carriers, customs brokers, destination agents, payment or technology providers, professional advisers and authorities. Shipment documents may cross borders because international transport requires parties in more than one country.
WWJ does not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.
5. Retention and security
Inquiry and shipment records are retained for the period reasonably needed to quote, provide service, resolve claims, meet legal obligations and maintain business records. Uploaded files are access-controlled and should contain only information necessary for the freight review.
No internet or storage system is completely secure. Users should not upload passwords, payment-card credentials or unrelated identity documents.
6. Choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, a user may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing. Submit the request through the Contact page and include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry.
7. Updates
This policy may be updated when the service, technology or legal requirements change. The effective date shown on the page identifies the current version.
