1. Always prohibited
- Illegal goods, counterfeit goods, stolen property and goods traded in breach of sanctions or export controls.
- Undeclared dangerous goods, explosives, weapons, ammunition and materials intended to evade screening.
- Unknown powders, unknown liquids, damaged or recalled batteries and cargo with deliberately false documents.
2. Restricted and review-required
- Lithium batteries and battery-powered products.
- Liquids, gels, creams, pastes, aerosols and chemicals.
- Powders, granules, magnets, pressurised items and temperature-sensitive products.
- Food, medicine, medical devices, cosmetics, adult products, plants, wood and animal-derived materials.
- High-value, branded, dual-use, semiconductor, encryption, laboratory and controlled-technology items.
- Oversized, overweight, fragile and project cargo.
3. Acceptance process
Restricted cargo is accepted only after product, packing, quantity, documents, carrier, route and destination requirements are reviewed. Previous acceptance of a similar product does not guarantee acceptance of the next shipment.
4. Refusal and correction
WWJ may refuse, hold, return, isolate or require correction of cargo that is unsafe, inaccurately described, undocumented or outside the accepted service. Related examination, storage, return, disposal or authority costs may be charged to the responsible customer where permitted.
